Description
Based in Scotland, Ocelot produces exceptionally fine organic chocolate in every way. Not only the packaging stands out, but also the wonderful flavour combinations. Their organic cacao, or better: chocolate mass, is sourced in close cooperation with Original Beans.
Original Beans produce a series of excellent single plantation chocolates, stimulating conservation of the local (rain)forest. This specific bar is based on organic cacao from the Yuna River Valley in the Dominican Republic and then generously infused with Puglian lemon olive oil. The oil is made at a family mill where they stone-grind whole fresh organic lemons along with the olives at harvest time, resulting in a perfumed, grass-green elixir that elevates the creamy white chocolate to another level of deliciousness. Stunningly smooth and fragrant; summer bliss in a bar!
Ingredients: Cacao butter, raw cane sugar, whole milk powder, lemon olive oil (Italian extra virgin olive oil 70%, lemon 30%)(4.76%). Milk solids: 26% minimum. Cacao solids: 37% minimum.
