Dark chocolate from very special wild harvested cocoa beans from the Beni of Bolivia. The flavor is wonderfully floral with some honey and apricot.
Description
This Beni Wild Harvest chocolate, as the name suggests, is made from rare, wild harvested cocoa from the Bolivian Amazon.
The chocolate is conched for a minimum of 24 hours.
Ingredients: direct-trade cocoa beans*, cocoa butter, raw cane sugar (*FairWild certified).
Flavour notes: delicate notes of floral honey, apricot and a hint of jasmine tea.
May contain traces of milk and nuts.
