These couvertures are made from the renowned Nacional (or Arriba) cocoa beans from the Esmeraldas of Ecuador. The chocolate was conched for 16 hours.
By purchasing this chocolate, you are supporting the farmers in conserving nature in the Mache Chindul Ecological Reserve, the Pacific rainforest in Esmeraldas.
Ingredients: cocoa beans, raw cane sugar, cocoa butter.
