The most unusual of the series is this Esmeraldas milk chocolate, made from the famous Arriba (or Nacional) cocoa bean from Ecuador. The chocolate was conched for 16 hours.
With the purchase of this chocolate you support the farmers in preserving nature in the Mache Chindul Ecological Reserve, the Pacific rainforest in Esmeraldas.
Ingredients: cocoa mass, cocoa butter, raw cane sugar, milk powder, salt (fleur de sel).
Flavour notes: velvety notes of caramel, hazelnut and red summer fruit.
