Original Beans is a Dutch-based chocolate brand with a mission. She has her own sourcing team that looks for unique and original cocoa varieties. They not only protect this cocoa, but also the environment in which it grows, the tropical rainforest. The most special of the series is this Piura Porcelana, made from the Porcelana, also called white cocoa bean, which grows in the low Andes in Peru. The chocolate was conched for no less than 72 hours and has a cocoa percentage of 75%.
Ingredients: cocoa mass (direct-trade), cocoa butter, raw cane sugar.
Flavour notes: light notes of lime, raspberry and toasted pecans.
May contain traces of milk and nuts.
