Single farm chocolate.
The Mava plantation, spanning a total of 1726 hectares, was purchased in 2015 and is situated in the upper and lower Sambirano valley. The MAVA plantation includes 8 farms offering different terroir cacao with own unique flavour profiles – Ankidony, Ambalahonko, Ambohimena Nord, Ambohimena Sud, Antsamala, Maliolo, Ambodivato and Ottange.

Flavour notes: balanced, citric and purple fruits, honey, roasted nuts, leather.
Ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar.
Made in an environment where milk, nuts and soya are also used.
