Original Beans is a chocolate brand based in the Netherlands with a mission. She has her own sourcing team which searches for unique and original types of cocoa. They don’t only protect this cocoa, but also the environment in which it grows, the tropical rainforest. The recipe is developed with extreme precision, so that the delicious aromas of the cocoa beans are optimally expressed in their chocolate. Taste the Rare and Preserve it!
The most special of the series is this Piura Porcelana, made from the Porcelana, also known as the white cocoa bean, which grows in the Lower Andes in Peru. The chocolate was conched for 72 hours and has a 75% cocoa percentage.
Ingredients: cocoa beans (direct-trade), cocoa butter, raw cane sugar.
Flavour notes: light notes of lime, raspberry and roasted pecans.
May contain traces of milk and nuts.
