Chocolate & chili is a combination that’s been tried and tested since the days of the ancient Mayas. Our take on this combination takes one of the spiciest chilies in the world – the Bhut Jolokia from Assam – and marries it with our dark chocolate with a hint of Himalayan pink salt.

This bar of goodness is produced from cocoa grown in our own plantations in the foothills of the Anamalais, where we select and ferment the best of the lot before its transformed into pure chocolate. Our time tested old school methods ensure that Soklet bursts with flavour and has a luxurious mouthfeel.
Soklet brings to you the best of all natural fine Indian chocolate, so you can enjoy the true flavour of its terroir.

In 2017 they received the Cocoa of Excellence Award, awarded by, among others, Biodiversity International. That is something very special!
