Description
The Auro Reserve collection is crafted carefully from the best cocoa beans produced on a specific estate. Every cocoa variety and harvest year is tasted and treated to highlight its flavour characteristics (its ‘terroir’).
‘Mana’ means ‘Heritage’ in Filipino. The farmers of Saloy planted these cocoa trees 40 to 50 years ago, and they have since then been inherited by the next generation, hence the name. The main difference of this Saloy Mana bar compared to the other Saloy bars is that, at 85% cocoa, it is made without any additional cocoa butter. It has a very distinct and different flavour profile. Try it!
