Description
Latitude’s award-winning, highest quality cocoa is sourced directly from their 2500+ USDA certified organic farmers in Uganda. Buying directly from the farm and controlling the fermentation process from the day of harvest provides full control and confidence in ingredient quality and provenance. The vast majority of farmers have their plantations on the hills of the Rwenzori National Park, near Kasese (where it all began for Latitude).
To make the true flavours of their cocoa shine, Latitude mainly uses pure white African cane sugar.
This bar also uses single origin Arabica coffee sourced from the Rwenzori Mountains of Uganda. Grown next to their cocoa!
