The organic cocoa for this white chocolate comes from Balao, in the province of Guayas, in the south coastal area of Ecuador. The cocoa grows in sustainable plantations situated along the clear rivers flowing down from the Andean Cordilleras.
The result is a very special mild white chocolate with milk, made using the highly aromatic Arriba or Nacional cocoa from the south of Ecuador. The chocolate reveals fruity notes characteristic of equatorial plantations.
