The cocoa beans Domantas uses come from Chuncho, Peru. The sweetener erythritol is a natural sweetener which is found in fruit but also mushrooms. Its sweetness is 70% of that of sugar. You can observe a somewhat cooling effect during consumption. Erythritol is not absorbed by the body.
